If you need alteration, restoration or sewing services on an item that does not require a personalized fitting, we can help you long distance!!
The process is easy. Once we have completed the initial project discussion, a ballpark estimate, and you send us your clothing item or materials, the rest is up to us.
For your self-assurance, all mail order project clients will receive a detailed contract describing the proposed work and a more accurate estimate for project completion including return shipping prior to the start of the work. We ask that your garment be as clean as possible. We will accept garments with some staining particularly at a gown hem. Sometimes these stains are not avoidable especially if the gown has been in storage for a while. Vintage items can be aired out.
Our address will be given when we visit via e-mail , phone or text.
We will return your items using the United States Postal Service Priority flat rate box, when possible. The small box will hold a doll dress, ring pillow or other small item. Shipping and handling will about $10.00*** to $15.00 depending on insurance. Their largest box will hold a Baby's Christening Gown, Bonnet, Blanket and several small accessories. Shipping and handling for this box will only add about $25.00 to your bill. A bargain considering todays fuel prices. Contact Us today to start your restoration or keepsake project.
